FULL-DAY MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 8 AM TO 10 PM
$900/day + $500 deposit
full day SATURDAY, sunday and holidays 8 AM TO 10 PM
$1,100/day + $500 deposit
A 15% catering landmark fee is applied to all events at the Shaw House.

A booking will not be confirmed without a signed contract and deposit. The deposit will be refunded in full within 30 days following the event should the premises and grounds be left in their original condition of cleanliness and repair as specified in the rules and regulations.
We accept cheques, direct deposit, cash and e-transfers.
Rates are subject to change.
Please note: The security deposit is not held against the rental fee. We require the security deposit with the signed contract and the full rental fee four weeks in advance of the booking.
