Weekday Rentals Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 11pm
$1,900 + $1,000 security deposit
Weekend Rentals Friday or Saturday: 8:30am to 11:30Pm
$2,800 + $1,000 security deposit
Weekend wedding PREP day rate - 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
If you are renting the WIA for your Friday or Saturday wedding, you may rent the previous day at a
discounted rate. The following rates are in addition to the one-day weekend rental rate. Please refer to the online calendar before booking - some weeks are booked with day camps and the clubhouse is not free until 4:30 p.m. on Friday afternoons.
$1,700 + $400 security deposit
WEEKEND Rentals Sundays (LIMITED): 12pm to 10pm
$1,200 + $1,000 security deposit
All rentals require the security deposit and rental fee at the time of booking.
A cancellation notice greater than four months prior to the event date results in a deduction of $400 from the deposit. A cancellation notice of less than four months prior to the event date results in the entire deposit being forfeited.
A booking will not be confirmed without a signed contract and deposit. The deposit will be refunded in full within 30 days following the event should the premises and grounds be left in their original condition of cleanliness and repair as specified in the rules and regulations.
